The Student Application is a multi-step process.
 
Step 1: 
Access Delaware's School Choice Application  (regardless of attendance zone) 
  • School:  Talley Middle
  • First Program Choice: International Baccalaureate Programme
If your child has not attended BSD for the past two years, supplemental application data is required. 
 
Step 2:
Submit the names 2 current, core teachers on this form.  
 
Application Timeline:
  • Monday, November 3 , 2025 - 8:00am - Online Choice Application Opens
  • Wednesday, January 13, 2025 - 11:59pm - Online Choice Application Closes
  • Saturday, February 28, 2026 - Final Day for District to Notify Parents of Invitation Status
  • Friday, March 20, 2026 - Final Day for Parent to Notify the District of Acceptance Decision
